Board of Directors
Founder & Executive Director
Mr. Richard Kwaku Dedzi
Richard Dedzi believes that character, ethics, innovation, and practical skills are the true foundations for success in the 21st century and beyond. In his view, education has moved beyond a purely knowledge-based model to one that identifies, nurtures, and develops the talents and abilities already embedded within each child. He believes education is not about pouring information into students, but about discovering their potential, unleashing it, and helping them grow into confident, capable, and responsible individuals.
As the visionary behind International Community College (ICC), Richard leads the school’s strategic direction with a strong commitment to values-driven education and character formation. His educational philosophy combines academic excellence with technical training, innovation, and international partnerships, with the aim of preparing students not only for examinations, but for life, leadership, and meaningful contribution in a changing world.
