Boarding

We welcome you to our well-equipped boarding house facility managed by strict and professional personnel with the aim of nurturing your child to be a well-rounded young adult. We have separate boarding houses for male and female students.

Personnel at the boarding house include, but are not limited to, cooks, supervisors, janitorial staff and teachers. Each room is occupied by a maximum of four students with en suite bathroom and toilet. There is a shuttle to commute students to and from school, and other places. The facilities available at the boarding house include ICT laboratory, a study room, an entertainment hall and a canteen.

At ICC safety of students and staff is our priority. Thus, our boarding house is manned by professional security men whilst the entire building is secured with barbed wires and 24-hour CCTV cameras.

A typical day of a boarder begins at 4:45 am and ends at 9:30 pm. Prayer begins the day at 5:00 am and breakfast is served at 6 am. Students are then commuted to the school to begin school activities at 8:00 am. School ends at 4:30 pm, after which students return to the house, have some rest and prepare for evening prep at 6:30 pm. They finally go to bed at 9:30 pm.

On Saturday mornings, students are given extended rest or leisure time; wake-up time is 7:00 am. In the course of the day, students are commuted to the school for swimming lessons and other scheduled activities. Students go to church on Sundays. This is a compulsory activity for all students. In summary, students in the boarding house are trained to be self-disciplined and to manage time effectively.

Other Facilities

Aside the boarding facility, ICC features a number of other attractive facilities purposefully designed to meet the specific needs of students and pupils. These includes well equipped and unique classroom designs, interactive learning boards, art room, welcoming and enhancing music, science, and ICT laboratories, Canteen services, sports pitch, security system and CCTV, to mention a few.
